If I understand right when you say you are conscious about form you are describing free weights?
I do full body weights 3x/week, run 3-5x/week depending on where I am in training. I stretch +
HOT 5am 7 mile trail run in National Park + 1 hr PiYo class
5am: 5.25 mile trail run in Nat'l Park + 1 hr PiYo class. Yay! Good job Delaylah! Great progress!
