    A very cute baby blue eyeshadow. I would use more than one dusting on the eye and also to find a primer or use some kind of base before hand, that way it will last longer.

    I scored this on clearance @ Target for a measley 88 cents. I wouldnt buy it again simply because NYC test their products on helpless animals. I cringe that I even bought this thing still. *sigh*...

    NYC Sparkle Eye Dusts are a great buy for less than $4 and they come in containers with their own brush (like Bourjois & Milani), though I find the brush ends up getting e/s all over my face....
