I am PPP blonde/blue & love this e/s. I use it as a liner normally but for a good dramatic look use as e/s. great staying power! I get lots of compliments when I wear as liner.

A deep, dark navy blue that doubles as a liner. Very matte consistency, so be careful placing on the eyelids as this could land on your cheeks and make you look like you've been socked in the face....
