    I have been using this eyeshadow for years. Shimmery and can be worn as a base or with basically any other color. I wear it as base with Starry Eyed or by itself when I want a more natural look....

    Mystified is a cool-toned color, a mix of gray and champagne that washed me out. Victoria's Secret makes high quality eye shadows, but this color didn't agree with me.
