    If you don't use any primer, this doesn't last well at all. With my UDPP, I make a thickish line along my top lashes. Using it wet really makes the burgundy sparkles show up.

    Beautymarked looks great wet..I am not too impressed with it dry. I like it used as a wet eyeliner or in the crease of my eyes. I am too scared to use it as an all over wash.
