Eye Color Glimmer in Tranquility

I AM NOT USUALLY BLOWN AWAY BY A SIMPLE THING LIKE EYE SHADOW, BUT SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COLOR AND THE EFFECT IT HAS ON MY COLORING (LIGHT SKIN, BLUE/GREY/GREENISH EYES, YELLOW/GOLDEN UNDER TONES)...

I am not too crazy about this at all. The color does not stay on and the color is quite boring. I am disappointed in this and will not buy again.
