Single Eye Shadow - Ocean Frost 540

Very pretty colour, it's a light shimmering silvery blue which is great for highlighting the tearduct area. It's pigmented which is always a plus!

This is a very light silvery blue. It is really pigmented, it doesn't give me allergies or interfere with my contact lenses.
