Eye Shadow - Charcoal Brown

This may look like a really boring and drab eyeshadow, and that may be true, but it's great for black eyebrows. It defines well without looking too harsh, as darker brown shadows can do.

I use this to fill in my brows with brush #266, and for a softer neutral tone. I love itttt!!
