    Definitely a pretty and neutral glitter. Tons of fallout though, but shadows with micro glitter in general have tons of fallout, even some expensive eyeshadows, so I'm not going to blame ELF for...

    i got this as a gift for Christmas one year and at first i loved it. It was a great accent on top of a matte eyeshadow and a good highlight color to add a little sparkle and flare to your makeup....
