    Royal Sugar is a beautiful, electric blue with sparkle, & you get alot of product for the price, & I like that it doesn't have a sifter on it. However, I just wish it was a bit more finely milled....

    This royal blue is intense and a must have. I love it. Pack it on as a shadow, wet your brush and use it as a eyeliner, however you use, you will definitely turn heads.
