Effect Powder - SPA

I didn't find this product glittery. Very shimmery, but not glittery at all. In fact, this is probably what I would have wanted MAC Mutiny pigment to be like, haha :) The colour of Spa reminds me...

Its really glittery, but very pigmented. I like it. its a nice aqua-blue color, and really brings out my dark brown eyes.
