My current morning routine is : - Use Bioderma Crealine (water is very hard here so I don’t wash my face in the mornings, and I shower at night) -

It’s fine to wash daily but you don’t NEED to use shampoo. Conditioner alone ++
Can get sweaty hair clean especially on the daily. A very light conditioner formula, one that rinses clean with no residue can do the same thing as s
