I was happy with Wella Demi Color Charm from Sally's, 5N (made my hair dark brown).+++
Didn't fade (much), just redid when my roots grew in. But aim lighter than you anticipate. Again, I was a 5N and had dark brown (almost black) hair.

You have the same hair type/texture as one of my gfs who loves the Ouai s/c for fine hair++
And the Wella Invigo s/c for fine hair (she loves the Invigo mask for fine hair too) Sometimes the Wella Invigo products are at TJ Maxx/Marshall’s

Wella Color Fresh Mask in Golden Gloss is an amazing option and if your blond is a++
Level 8 or above I would suggest diluting it in equal parts with white conditioner, whichever is your favorite. Same goes for Aloxxi Golden Heiress.
