Milani makes some very nice e/s palettes. And even though not d/s, these aren't pricey ++

I have a real love / hate relationship with it. On the one hand+
It is truly clear and basically the texture of smashbox photofinish; very silicone and easily spreads. It feels like wearing nothing, dries down well
