The metronidazole should treat your fungal issue, Generally (but not exclusively), rosacea ++
affects the center panel of your face: nose, chin, cheeks. In my case, it also can affect the lower part of my forehead and my eyes (red and sore).

I don't have that now but I did a few years ago. I use soolantra whenever I have a flare up +
and my rocacea isn't a problem now. I think I know what you mean - like sandpaper texture.
