About 20 years ago I had acrylic overlays for a couple years. I used OPI Nail Envy and r/o
lots of oil to get my nails back in good condition. Others like Nailtiques/Nailtek.

I agree about the teabag repair if not using gel. Use lots of nail glue or super glue +

Find a treatment that works with your body chemistry- I personally use and recommend rop
(insert broken record here) Nailtiques formula 2, I get it at Target. It's pricy, but worth it! a bottle goes a long way, and it's ALWAYS on my nails-
