Finacea but it made me incredibly itchy. Topical antibiotics are ok too. My OB was fine with OTC+
Anything over the counter. My OB was more lenient than my Derm but I don’t think my Derm was very comfortable giving advice to pregnant women.

I had a similar experience last year and used Finacea at night and just Cicalfate during the day. +
You could also do Finacea during the day and Cicalfate at night. Cicalfate was key at recovering from the inflammation.

My skin is drier now than when I first began using Azelaic Acid in 1997. I am not paying attention to the newest stuff in the azelaic acid world.
