I have never used a generic version of Finacea, it might be the others ingredients in that formula.+
I never had any of those issues with the Finacea Foam or the Gel, though the gel was vey strong and drying.

Same. :( I just learned to avoid triggers which include sulfates and most oils (except mineral).

They have Azelaic Acid 15% (otc in the UK) that they can send to US. Don't know if this product is comparable to Finacea from Australia.
