Looks like a simple curl cream on well conditioned hair. I would add a touch of gel before drying++
to cut down on frizz. Look at curl creams like AG Recoil Curl Activator, Curlsmith Weightless Curl Cream, etc. I add my curl cream to out of the sho

I am a 2b and can get great curls if my application method is right. I apply to very wet out of ++
shower hair. I apply a curl cream (AG Recoil Cur Activator) or you could use a leave in if you need more moisture (or a leave in and some curl cream)
