Hmm, are you using an oil cleanser that is dehydrating? I personally cannot use most oil cleansers+
esp stuff like DHC Deep oil cleanser. That stuff actually made my skin red and so dry ot was CRISPY. I think it was the rosemary in it. Also, when I

Gotta Double-Cleanse: DHC Oil first removes ALL makeup. Then follow with one of the others.
