Not a balm but DHC Cleansing Oil has been a hg for me for years++

I would think that using a primer specifically for large pores would help. Also, try spraying a face
mist after the mineral powder and that helps it meld into the skin. Some people use a powder like BM Mineral Veil (cornstarch based) or a silica powde
