You can’t mix them together. They do a coat of lacquer, dry completely, then a coat of gel ++

I've also had some gels that are just bubbly--mostly happens with topcoats. You can kind of comb+
out the bubbles with your brush. Too thin a layer of my Madam Glam topcoat will bring the bubbles, but those are on the surface, not between layers, w
