not sure if its "barely there" enough but I like the colourpop TM, specifically bc+
the finish is matte, and most skin tints Ive found have a dewier finish, which does not work for me at all. The finish of CP reminds me of UD one and

Be careful because a lot of the glitters in colourpop shades are not eye safe

If you mean chunky glitters eg Colourpop palettes then loathe them and seriously consider the+
garbage can, if glittery toppers eg Huda then press on top of a completed lid with a finger lightly.
