The covid situation isn't the whole story with this company. I've heard people complain about ++
their shippng and customer service for years. I've done lots of online shopping during covid and yes most companies have had slight delays but nothing

The only other thing I've ever ordered from Colourpop was an eyebrow pencil. That was a couple of++

Are people having massive delays with their Colourpop orders and what's with their atrocious++
customer service? I placed an order almost two weeks ago and it hasn't shipped yet. I emailed them the first time and was told they are facing delays
