I would prioritize moisture and keeping skin irritation to a minimum. You say the Vanicream is a bit drying (it is for me, too) so I would avoid that.

I haven't had any luck with CosRx in general, but propolis is something quite a few people react+
to, so I would cut it out for a couple of weeks and see whether anything about your skin changes

find something else instead of those. Also, the Cosrx propolis serum - are you sure you don't react to this (at least I'm pretty sure I would)? Also,
