I always use base coat. Makes the polish last longer, prevents staining and I use a ridge +
filling one for my manicure. CND Stickey for my pedicure, Bridge The Ridge or Barielle hydrating ridge filler for my manicure.

I always use base coat. I think it is great for helping polish last longer and helps keep nails++
stronger. I use Orly Nail Defense and think it has helped with nail strength and growth.
