Avoid lip balms w/ menthol, camphor, fragrances, etc. Stick w/ plain aquaphor, plain vaseline+
plain lanolin. (NOTE: some are sensitive to lanolin). Carry around minis of whatever plain ointment you like - aquaphor makes nice lip tubes for you

Winter here is very drying on my hands. What works for me is a lotion with shea butter and a +
+ thin layer of Aquaphor Healing Ointment instead of gloves. I leave this on overnight a few times a week. It has helped.

its not the filler, you have surface dehydration from actives. cut tret to 3x/week and be ++
sure to moisturise and occlude after, e.g the ordinary squalene, Cerave Pm, and then topped with aquaphor.
