I switched to a non-SLS toothpaste & it really helps. I use Neosporin Lip Health Overnight Renewal therapy & Aquaphor or CeraVe Healing Ointment.

Switch to non-SLS toothpaste. Avoid fragrance (chemical & "natural") in lip products and also avoid+
ingredients like Menthol, Camphor, Capsaicin (lip plumpers) etc. Use non-alcoholic mouthwash. Rinse lips after cleansing face/brushing teeth. Don't us

Have you tried layering an HA serum under your Lanisoh? Might help a bit+
I also did Accutane as an adult, and Aquaphor was my bff. I wouldn’t exfoliate - your skin is already being exfoliated by the rx. Layer, layer, layer.

its called angular stomatitis. its a sign of b vitamin deficiency. Take a good genertic mutlti, eat
a wholgrain diet, and use aquaphor on the cracks as much as possible.
