I’ve been on Aczone for years. It’s not moisturizing and sometimes it’s quite the opposite+
It leaves my skin matte after using. It sometimes flares my eczema so I have to be careful.

Well I am also on doxyciclone, differin and aczone & use pan oxyl face wash. +++
but even with all of these things I still get cystic acne. And all of a sudden doing yoga regularly I haven’t had any flare ups. It’s really bizarre

Make sure you take some good probiotics between doses. Did you ever try Aczone?
It’s a topical that’s worked miracles for me.
