FYI some Drs won’t dispense Accutane without really stringent birth control ++
Because of the very high chance of serious birth defects. If you can’t do anything hormonal then you may need to get some other strategies on board. F

My round Doxy failed. I CANNOT take Spiro or BCPs due to medical issues. I’ve tried everything...nothing clears up my hormonal acne. Suggestions?

I would try to get an Rx for Aczone, personally. ++
It’s pretty good for bringing down a cyst and also for prevention. I’d take a look at skincare to see if there is anything causing you to clog maybe?
