she was absolutely wrong. people use vaseline and aquaphor for decades without clogs. its all YMMV.

Not saying you're wrong but I was told by my esthetics teacher years ago that vaseline in the jar (plain) wasn't for skin because it will clog pores.

To prevent dryness later in the day I dab on Vaseline, then wipe off & apply lipstick. Perfect!
