Yup! I had a really bad rash on my legs and my dr. said to top off my body lotion with Vaseline.

Clean it, load with vaseline and wrap with a bandaid. Hope it heals quickly.
vaseline is an occlusive so I'd say no, sunscreen would sit on top, not absorb
Do you think sunscreen would be still effective on top of light coat of Vaseline?
