Absolutely! Plain Vaseline after bathing babies is often rec’d to treat/prevent eczema.

Any rich, emollient cream helps. A facial cream is much cheaper. Even some Vaseline or Aquaphor rop
might work; esp. on top of a emollient moisturizer. But OP is specifically mentioning nasal folds so I assume she means those aging lines/wrinkles;-)

Does anyone else have ear psoriasis? What do you use on it?
I’m trying all manner of things and nothing is working. I lube them up with Vaseline or aquaphor just so they don’t look scaley in public.

Similar skin type and I like to apply my serum then PC hyaluronic acid booster then a couple drops+
of oil (currently using SIBU sea buckthorn oil). My skin overheats from Vaseline type products too but the layers of thinner products work well.

I add a drop of squalane oil to the barrier cream and at night use the Soon Jung sleeping mask +
on top. It's way less greasy than vaseline.
