I use Nivea in the blue tin made in Germany. It's heavily fragranced+
but it beats Vaseline, Aquaphor, LRP Cicaplast to soothe irritation, The vitamin B5 in the Nivea plus the occlusives may help am guessing. Don't use

I've gotten it online. It's not as sticky as plain Vaseline, but it works well to seal in moisture.
