Possibly the worst eyeliner I've ever tried... comes right off, smears, and made my eyes feel "sticky". aghh. And this is "waterproof"??? Trying to save a little whenever I can on my make up......

Great stuff. I use this often and it's a nice almost-navy blue. Its staying power is only so-so, though.
