hah, the quality is not too good. smudges like there's no tomorrow, however im giving it 3 lippies because it does go on nicely and putting some sheLAq over it fixes the smudging problem.

I have this in Tuxedo, a true dark blue (not so dark that it looks black, but not bright either). It applies easily (almost as easily as MAC Kohls), stays put, and has a sponge smudger at the end...
