Waterproof Lipliner - Diva

Very good lipliner. I love the color, and who doesn't use a bright pink lip pencil from time to time?

This is a vivid happy fuschia I use as lipstick (after a swipe of balm). I like this even more than my MAC Magenta liner. Plus, this is waterproof. AND I got it for $2 at Walgreens, on sale!
