This is a good eyeliner if you like a subtle glittery look. It's soft and easy to apply but like most kohl pencils will smudge if you don't apply it over a base.

I use this everyday and it doesn't smudge. You might think glitter is weird but it is very subtle. Adds a bit of sparkle to your eyes, which makes a change from plain black liner.
