Perfect Shade Liner

This is my eyeliner of choice, because I aim for a more shadow type of line rather than a thick black line. I think it's good for the purpose I use it for, and I will continue to buy it.

I've used this one in 01 Soft Black. Soft kohl with a smudger attached to the other end of the pen. Color is an off-black - not as harsh as true black would be. Applies well and smudges out easily...
