    Good primer, however I wouldn't buy it again because I think a foundation would do the same thing. If I had issues with my lips, I may possibly need this.

    This is a great lip primer... it's not a plumper (not a spicy/minty feeling gloss), so I don't know why they call it that, but it's a perfectly fine primer for your lips before you put on lipstick....
