Vitamin C Absolutes Refreshing Tonic

This toner is non-drying, but can feel a bit sticky if you get too much on. It has an artificial orangey scent.

im a huge fan of orangy scents but i cant stand the smell of this...smells very cheap and gives me a headache....it leaves my face feeling a bit sticky too.....it doesnt overdry the skin though...
