Not good, did virtually nothing and left my hair dried out and puffy when I used it to blowdry. So much for protecting it from the heat!

This is a good product for protection against heat. Normally after I use my straightener my hair still gets kind of frizzy after a bit... this stuff helped keep it smooth and flat.
