Lip Therapy

I tried in a sample, and I have not seen ... anything. Most of the cheaper balms I am using leave my lips more hydratated and plumper than this one.

At the cost of this product, I didn't expect it to lost its effect in just 15 min. I lips went dry very quickly after application on winter time.
