Clean Finish Purifying Toner Normal/Dry [DISCONTINUED]

I actually like this toner, I also recieved it in a GWP & my skin is doing great w/ it. For years I only used astringents w/ tons of alcohol not knowing that they were just making my oily skin...

I agree with MaragaretD on this one. While I have gotten used to alcohol free toners and not having that 'tingling' feling, this one left me feeling just a wee bit slimy and somewhat sticky.
