The cucumber extract makes this toner really cool and soothing on skin, especially after exfolating and cleansing. It's not harsh and doesn't dry out my skin. It is just a perfect, basic toner....

Cooling and refreshing, especially after exfoliating. You could pay a lot more for a lot worse. Doesn't really feel like an oil-absorbing toner so better for those with dry/combination skin.

A good basic toner, did not dry out my skin or feel too harsh. does what it says on the tin, refreshing!
