    This mascara is not quite as good as L'Oreal Lash Out at lengthening. Illegal Lengths mascara is more of a lengthening mascar than a thickening one.

    overall, great mascara. it adds noticable length and a little volume too. it can be a little clumpy sometimes tho.... i also find that it can be a little hard to apply to the base of lashes...
