Instructions for use: Two clicks of the mechanical pencil dispenses enough gel formula to line the eye. Take care to dispense product only as needed, the mechanical pencil does not retract. Tightly secure cap after use to prevent from drying out. Remove with a waterproof makeup remover. Three pencils included per pack.
