Um this color doesnt even show up. I apply and apply and nothing happens. Never again am i buying that color.

Love the color, the texture, and the price. I strongly prefer powder shadow because it's gentler on the eyelids, but this is one eyeliner I would use. This is a pencil, so it doesn't go on as easy...
