    Nice color on the box, but my hair came out brassy brown,not at all ash. Very drying.

    The two times I used Hydrience it left my hair like Death Valley, except Death Valley is prettier. Where is the moisture? I find all Clairol haircolors very drying, but this has to be the worst....
