    This is, hands down, the best toner I've ever used. I loved seeing the dirty skin on my cotton pad when I'm done swiping the toner all over my face. Again though, it shouldn't be so expensive.

    I think this is the "best" Proactive product. I like it because don't irritated my skin. Very good product for sensitive skin. (For me) This is the only Proactive product that works.
